BTW Media llc has sole ownership over all content through our Divisions, and related work. All content is copyrighted to BTW Media. Redistribution in unacceptable formats are prohibited, and will result in legal action.

If you have found content under any of our Divisions, which you believe may be copyrighted to you, and that your copyright has been infringed, you should immediately contact us with the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
3. A description of where the material that you claim as infringing is located on the BTW Media division, with enough detail that we may find it on the web site;
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

If you are the sole owner of the copyright, and have indeed been infringed upon your copyright, the infringed content will be removed. Because different users are responsible for the different division of BTW Media, we can not be held responsible, nor can the web site in which the content is located on. BTW Media llc Employees for the web site, may have submitted infringed content to the division administrator, with out either of our acknowledgment.

The content of our divisions is not permitted to be Redistributed or Transmitted in any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or any other information storage and retrieval system without written permission from BTW Media. Failure to comply with this policies will result in state or federal law, of the United States of America.

By using any BTW Media divisions or any subdivisions of BTW Media divisions, you solemnly agree to the above policies, as well as our Privacy Policy and all further issued policies of the division itself.
